Unlike many sealcoating contractors we do not water down our material, we use the exact same mix design that we utilize for high traffic commercial and industrial parking lots.  As a result, it's not necessary to seal your driveway every year like others may recommend.  We suggest sealing your driveway with 2 coats every 2 to 3 years.
